SHIPPING

WHERE WE SHIP
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

DELIVERY TIME
Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days of the day you order.

IF WE CANNOT SHIP ON TIME
If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we will email you with a revised date and you may cancel for a full refund. If we do not hear back from you, we will cancel the order and refund you automatically.

TRACKING
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES
Your order ships from within the United States. There are no customs charges, import duties, or brokerage fees to pay on delivery.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your tracking has not updated for 10 days, email support@bi-sumi.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we replace it or refund you in full.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address.
