A ceiling light is for finding things. This is for after you have found them.

The switch dims, and so does the bulb that comes with it — which sounds obvious until you buy a dimmable lamp and discover the bulb inside is not one. Both are in the box.

The shade is woven by hand, so the light comes through unevenly, the way it does through paper. Bamboo leaf, in shadow.

The cable is UL certified.

Care

Dust the shade with a dry brush or a cloth. Do not wet it.

Woven shades collect dust in the weave; a soft brush every month or so is easier than trying to clean one later.
