WHO WE ARE
This store is operated by BISUMI (Takayuki Umetani) ("BISUMI", "we", "us"), located at 1-16-20 Higashinuki, Kokuraminami-ku, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka 800-0224, Japan. You can reach us at support@bi-sumi.com.

ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

PRODUCTS
We choose every piece ourselves. Where a piece is made by hand, colour, grain, and finish vary from one to the next; we say so on the product page.
Product photographs are representative, and small variations of that kind are a feature of the object, not a defect.

We try to describe every piece accurately. If a piece is materially different from its description, that is covered by our Refund Policy.

PRICES AND CURRENCY
All prices are shown and charged in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time before you place an order. Orders ship from within the United States, so there are no import duties or customs charges to pay on delivery.

ORDERS
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order, and will refund you in full if we do. This includes orders where a price or product description was published in error, and orders we believe to be fraudulent.

STOCK
We may sell an item that turns out to be unavailable. If that happens we will tell you and refund you in full.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The BISUMI name, logo, seal, photographs, and written content on this site belong to us. Please do not reproduce them commercially without asking.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of your state that cannot legally be waived.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer protection law of the U.S. state in which you live.

CHANGES
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
